My Bio

As the principal of the San Tan Recker campus, I bring a wealth of experience and passion for education. I have dedicated 10 years to teaching math and science and have served in various administrative roles for the past 7 years, including Dean, Director of Academics, Head of Operations, and Principal. My journey in education has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a drive to make a significant impact.

I am a high-performing K-12 administrator with a demonstrated history of achieving outstanding results in leadership roles within the education management industry. My expertise spans K-12 Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Compliance, Educational Technology, and Operational Excellence. As a Teach for America alumnus and former Dean, Director of Academic Programs, and Head of Operations, I bring a unique perspective and a results-driven approach to my role.

I believe in creating a positive company culture and a joyful educational experience for children. My leadership is defined by my dedication to making a tangible impact. One of my proudest accomplishments was successfully elevating a Title 1 high school in South Phoenix from a 'C' rating to an 'A' within a single academic year.

I am particularly excited to lead the Recker campus because of its unique and diverse programs: gifted, Montessori, and mainstream. This variety allows us to cater to the individual needs and strengths of each student, fostering a comprehensive and inclusive educational environment. I am committed to continuing this legacy of excellence at San Tan Recker, ensuring that our students receive the highest quality education in a supportive and nurturing environment.
