I am an Arizona native, born and raised in the small town of Marana. I grew up outside of Tucson until 18 when I left to attend Arizona State University, where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in History. Later, I attended University of Phoenix where I received my Master’s Degree in Secondary Education. I have taught school for 9 years now, always in middle school and always history.

This is my fifth year at San Tan Charter School. Last year was such a great year and it was an amazing experience to be a part of the first years of the STCSs Middle School. I am so very happy to be a graduate of San Tan’s 8th grade class last year, I get to teach high school next year J I am proud to be moving into the high school setting and helping to grow San Tan for a second time!
