Good Evening Families,
I have just received word that Gilbert Public Schools has closed their schools until further notice. San Tan is scheduled to have all students report back to school Thursday, March, 19th which gives us a few days to research our next steps for our families, staff, and community. We want to look at this from as many angles as possible. Please give me the gift of the weekend and Monday to work with my staff and the state; I will be meeting with our team on Monday to finalize our next steps for our schools. I welcome email suggestions that you may have with regards to the following questions:
What would you do for child care if San Tan were to close?
How long would you support a school closing?
