Grandparents Day is just around the corner! A school-wide tradition, San Tan Charter asks grandparents join their student(s) at lunch. This year Grandparents Day falls on Monday, September 11. If you’re interested in visiting campus, complete the Sign-Up Genius below. Junior High Lunch is from 12:06 – 12:36pm and High School lunch is from 1:03 – 1:33pm.

If you didn’t hear about the big game last Friday, San Tan Charter football pulled off an amazing comeback win at against 3A San Tan Foothills. Scoring a touchdown with 6 seconds left in the game, the Roadrunners were down by one and went for the 2-point conversion to win it, 48-47!
Roadrunner Football travels to Veritas Prep Friday, September 8th with game time at 7:00pm. Dr. Sippel and the San Tan Athletics Department invites all San Tan Families and staff to a pregame meal at Lou’s Bar and Grill to enjoy a pregame dinner from 4:30pm-6:30pm. Adults are $35, and children under 12 are $20.

Homecoming
Homecoming Week will be the week after we return from Fall Break! This year’s theme is a country and western theme, Wild Wild West and the Homecoming parade, assembly and volleyball/football game will be on Oct. 13 while the JH and HS Dances will happen on Saturday, Oct. 14.

Technology
School technology is limited to the use of Chromebooks. If your student is using a device that has not been approved, it may lead to invalidated work and our inability to protect your child from secured browsing. Please make sure that you have secured the proper device for our 1:1 technology policy on campus.
San Tan Charter utilizes student laptops to access curriculum for many of the classes at the Power Campus. Please be reminded there is a $250 annual lease for a school device and a $50 annual fee for registering a personal device. If families choose to bring their own device, please be sure your Chromebook is compatible with the network by using the Approved Technology List and please be mindful that all student owned Chromebooks will need to be secured on our Google Enterprise for Education.
