Hello Power Campus!
Let me start by thanking everyone who supported our effort to meet our school-wide MAP testing goal. To start this school year, we set a goal to help our students regain grade-level competency from the pandemic and committed to saying that 60% of our students would perform at or beyond the 50th percentile of where students performed nationally before the pandemic (at their same grade level).
Today I am proud to announce that 63% of our STCS students are performing higher than that pre-pandemic national norm! In fact, our students increased their MAP scores from last year when 44% of the student body met the criteria. I want to thank San Tan Charter for adopting new curriculum and supporting our Pandemic Recovery Tutoring program, and give a special shout-out to our students, teachers and parents for accomplishing this goal together.
End of Year Breakfast/Yearbook Signing
As we celebrate the end of the school year next Friday, we will host an End of the Year Breakfast on our half-day schedule. The culinary club is asking for donations to assist in this special sendoff! Please click here to donate:

After the breakfast we will have Yearbook Signings and planned activities throughout the school. Yearbooks will be issued next Wednesday, May 25, during our technology turn-in.
Technology Check-In
San Tan Charter will be turning in all personal devices on Wednesday, May 25. Make sure your students are here on campus to turn in their technology for the 2021-22 school year or to un-register their personal device. Please avoid charges by making sure all devices, chargers, and computer cases are returned to the school.
Final Grades
The last day to turn in assignments will be this Friday, May 20th. Final Exams are the following Monday-Tuesday, May 23-25.
Student Council Elections
Today was the vote for our 2022-23 Student Council! Results will be collected this evening and the winners will be announced tomorrow at school! Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s elections.
