Hello Power Campus!
Believe it or not, it is RE-ENROLLMENT season for the 2023-24 school year. This year all students can be re-enrolled online—it is SO EASY!

This year, we have gone to completely ONLINE registration! No more paper packets!! While the phone app is convenient for most things – we recommend using a computer to complete re-enrollment.
Please Log into your Parent Portal. Go to “More” and then “Online Registration.”

- Add any new siblings
If you are adding a sibling this year you will want to have some documents ready as you will be required to upload them before you are able to move forward in the application.
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residency
- Immunization Records (exemption form available in application)
- IEP/504/Gifted Score Documents (if applicable)

Winter Parent-Teacher Conferences
It is time to sign up for Winter conferences. Conferences are organized in 90-minute blocks with the average conference time lasting 10 minutes. Please select the time block that is most convenient for your family and select the teachers you would like to conference with before selecting “submit”.
Families will meet in the student union during their scheduled time block and wait for their teacher(s) to come and meet them for their appointment. This format allows families to move through all conferences with the least amount of wait time.

Given our winter late-night Parent Teacher Conference Thursday December 15th we would greatly appreciate donations for dinner. Our teachers and staff will be here all day and night and love your kindness and amazing dinners! The theme this time around is “Taco bar”. Please help us in providing some meals and desserts that may not require the use of an oven and delivered by Thursday December 15th at 3:30pm to the Power Campus Front Office.

Giving Tuesday
Giving Tuesday was yesterday and this year’s tax credit giving goal is $100,000.00.

- Junior High and High School Culinary Arts: Restaurant quality cutlery, pots/pans, additional shelving, and supplies for the classroom
- Full-Day Kindergarten Scholarship
- Funding for the Library/Media Space
- Health Care Supplies
- Playground Equipment
In addition, our Montessori Preschool School gives out around $45,000.00 a year in scholarship to those families in need, we are able to offer these scholarships because of the Arizona School tax credit program. The best part is whatever you contribute, you will receive dollar for dollar back on your state taxes. So, if you give $100, you can deduct that $100 off what you owe in taxes. You do not have to have a child at the school to pledge, you must only be an AZ State resident paying AZ State taxes.

Gifted Testing
San Tan’s annual Gifted Testing event is approaching quickly!
If you are interested in having your child tested for giftedness, please complete the digital Parent Request Form, along with the $50 Co-Pay, linked below. Gifted testing is will be offered in mid. February. Once a child is identified as gifted, they do not need to retest.
- If your child is currently in a gifted class and identified as ‘provisional’ they will automatically be retested, you do not need to send in the recommendation form. : -)
- Gifted Testing Requests are due no later than January 12th of 2023.
