Hello Power Campus!
This week is packed with highlights from academics and the arts. Tonight on campus San Tan Charter School will induct its Class of 2021-22 National Art Society, Junior National Honor Society and National Honor Society and starting this Thursday our performing arts students hit the stage with a three-day lineup of the school’s Fall Play, Pride and Prejudice. Just this morning we received news that our Roadrunner seniors have surpassed over $360,000 in academic scholarship money and this week we have math competitions happening on campus.
On the sports front, Thursday and Friday winter sports seasons will get underway with our first basketball scrimmages, with the varsity boys traveling to play Maricopa and Valley Christian on Thursday while the varsity girls host Miami and Lincoln Prep this Friday in the main gym.
As we inch our way closer to the Thanksgiving holiday, don’t forget your donations to the culinary department for our annual Charlie Brown Thanksgiving. Parents and families are invited to join us for a group celebration on campus and a Thanksgiving Feast Wednesday, November 24, starting at 10am. Come and celebrate with us in the courtyard and student union for a nice meal before heading into our Thanksgiving break as the culinary class will cook for the entire school community.
Winter Sports Photos
As a result of late registrations and available uniforms, we have rescheduled our Winter Sports photo day. The new day for on-campus photos is Monday, November 29, after we return from break. Please be on the lookout for ordering forms from your coaches.
Winter Football Combine
Calling all San Tan Youth and Junior High footballers – Join the professional ranks for a day on campus and participate in a football combine. The CK Vikings Football program will be on campus Dec. 4 to help show your stuff. Fall Play: Pride and Prejudice

Athletics Family Pass
All High School games have a gate fee of $5 per adult and $3 per student/child. For your convenience, we will be offering Athletic Family Passes for the immediate and non-immediate families of our San Tan athletes. The options include $50 per season or $100 for the year. Tickets may be purchased for immediate family members (i.e., parents/guardians and siblings under 18). All other non-immediate family members (i.e., grandparents, aunts/uncles, cousins, etc.) are also welcome to purchase a family pass for entrance into the games. Technology
San Tan Charter utilizes student laptops at the Power Campus. Each student needs a laptop to access school testing, classroom curriculum and more. Parents have the option of leasing technology from the school or supplying your own technology from a list of approved devices is on the Parent Portal page. Please be reminded there is a $250 annual lease fee for the school’s technology and a $50 annual fee for registering your family’s personal device.
