Letter from the Principal

Dear San Tan Families,

I want to deeply apologize for the issues caused by the School Dismissal Manager system. Thank you all for your graciousness. We are speaking with the company and will be looking for a new system that will be easier to use. I will keep you posted with the process.

San Tan would like to take a moment to honor Dr. Maria Montessori, as today marks her 151st birthday. Her philosophy and worked inspired San Tan’s beginning and her spirit continues to inspire us. Dr. Montessori’s legacy, work, and many accomplishments continue to live on in San Tan and many schools across the world.

Dr. Montessori was one of the first female physicians in Italy, the creator/founder of Montessori education, and in 2020 was added to TIME Magazine’s list of “100 Women of the Year” as one of the most influential women of the year in 1931.

– Mrs. Sarah Laramie
