Sippel Spotlight 2.22.24
Happy Thursday Recker Roadrunners! It has been wonderful seeing everyone out at the drive lane and spending my days on campus, there truly is something special about our Recker campus. You are probably noticing that today’s email indicates Sippel Spotlights as I have officially stepped in as interim Principal relying heavily on Mrs. Richardson our incredible Dean, don’t tell her but she will be doing most of the day-to-day items on campus. Mrs. Laramie has moved on to her next chapter and we wish her success. If you would like to send a special note via email, please send my way and I will send her way. In addition, if you have any notes or letters you would like to send to her please bring them to the office by March 1st and I will be mailing them off to her. Yesterday a team of 15 people made up of parents, teachers, and administration interviewed two potential applicants for the Recker Principal position. We had over 20 people apply for the position, five of which made it to the paper screening that included background checks, social media checks, reference checks, and a culture index questionnaire. I am reviewing the interview notes and rankings over the next few days and will meet with each finalist to determine the next steps. Educationally Yours, Dr. Kristofer Sippel |
