I'm Jasun Zakro, MBA, NDTR, CFM, a dedicated culinary and nutrition professional with a passion for cultivating excellence in the kitchen and the classroom. With 15 years of experience as an educator, I specialize in developing and leading comprehensive culinary arts programs that empower the next generation of industry leaders.

My diverse background, honed through military service with the US Air Force and US Army, provides a unique foundation in large-scale food service operations and leadership. This experience is further complemented by my expertise in clinical nutrition, including meticulous adherence to therapeutic diet guidelines in various medical facility kitchens.

As an educator, I am committed to bringing a professional, industry-driven approach to culinary arts, evidenced by my initiative to introduce the National ProStart Program.
