Dear Families,
It is a busy week full of gifted testing, field trips, daddy daughter dance, mother son game night, and Valentine’s Day. At San Tan, we love to celebrate friendship and caring on the 14th of February. We ask that all candy and sweets are kept at home for a successful day of learning and friendship. Please refer to your child’s teacher’s email for further plans they may have in their classroom. Thank you for your support!
A friendly reminder there is NO SCHOOL on Monday February 18, 2019 in observance of President’s Day. We will see everyone bright and early on Tuesday February 19, 2019. Don’t forget to visit my full Errington Edition here at this link:
March Lunch Menu is READY
All hot lunches come with a meat, vegetarian, or salad option as well as 2% white milk or water at a cost of $3.75 per day. All August lunch orders MUST be completed by end of day on Friday 2/24.

Recker Campus Student Council and National Junior Honor Society Presents
Tickets sold in the Front Office
$10.00 per family for Daddy Daughter Dance AND $10 per family for Mother Son Game Night for presales. $15.00 per family at the door the night of the event.
All proceeds go to funding technology at the Recker Campus.
Middle School 5th-8th grade Main Event Night
Come join us on Wednesday, February 27th from 5-8pm at Main Event in Gilbert! Sign up here by Wednesday, November 20th so we can plan accordingly. Please have student bring $20 cash with them- allowing unlimited access with 2 slices of pizza and a drink. As part of the awards ceremony we are looking for performers within our Montessori community (is this your child? If so contact me!)
We also need parent volunteers for the art projects which will begin next week- if you want to help let your teachers know!

SAN TAN VILLAGE HARKINS FAMILY NIGHT!
Come out with the family to see the new release of “How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World” on Thursday, February 28th. Theatre will be open for seating at 5:00 pm and the movie will begin at 5:30pm. We have reserved a theatre just for our San Tan families!
Concession stand will be open and available. Tickets are $8 and can be purchased at the front office at Recker and/or Power campus. We look forward to an evening together!
Spring Fling Half-Day Conference Camps
Your San Tan Charter School – Recker Campus EST Team (Electives & Specials Team) are excited to announce another great K-7th Grade, Half-day Conference Camp for our March 6th, 7th, & 8th half-days. Our camp includes great activities in PE, Music, and STREAMS. To register, sign-up on our Sign-up Genius, then fill out the attached registration form (forms can also be picked up at the front office) and drop it off at our front office with the camp fee (camp fees are non-refundable). The camp runs from 11:45 to 4:00 PM. Please remember to have your campers bring a sack lunch and an afternoon snack; along with a water bottle. All proceeds go to help purchase supplies and equipment for our PE, Art, Music, and STREAMS programs here at San Tan. If you have any questions, feel free to email Ms. Kisler at kkisler@santancs.com.
