With more than two decades of experience in education, I have served in a variety of leadership roles, including classroom teacher, Dean of Students, Assistant Principal, and Principal. My professional philosophy has been profoundly shaped by over 20 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, accountability, and service to others. In addition to my work in education, I bring more than 30 years of culinary experience and a lifelong passion for the culinary arts. One of the greatest joys of my career has been the opportunity to combine my passions for both the military and culinary arts through teaching Culinary Arts and JROTC programs. Guiding students in these fields allows me to mentor young people not only in technical skills, but also in teamwork, resilience, self-discipline, leadership, and personal responsibility. I firmly believe that every student has the ability to learn and succeed when provided with the right environment, encouragement, and meaningful support.
Beyond my professional life, I am a devoted husband of 15 years, a proud father of four accomplished children, and a grateful grandfather to two grandsons, Jack and Easton. My two sons serve their community through the fire service—one as a firefighter and the other as a fire department dispatcher—while my daughters, Emma and Lily, pursue excellence as competitive athletes in USA swimming and gymnastics. Family remains at the center of my life, and I value the time we spend together outdoors hiking, biking, playing tennis, and traveling. Whether in education, the culinary field, or mentoring through JROTC, I am passionate about helping others recognize their potential, build confidence, and develop the character and perseverance necessary for lifelong success.
