Tauscher Times 12.2.25

Dear Roadrunner,

As we enter our final stretch of the semester and continue with MAP testing and upcoming finals, I want to thank you for your ongoing partnership in keeping our learning environment focused and distraction-free. We have witnessed a recent uptick in academic integrity concerns, particularly related to cell phone use, and we want to set all students up for success. To support strong study habits and remove unnecessary temptations, all teachers have been asked to collect student phones at the start of each class period. This is not a new policy—cell phones have never been permitted for use during instructional time—but we are tightening our practice to ensure consistency across the campus. I would personally appreciate your support in reinforcing this expectation at home and helping our students and school finish the semester with integrity and confidence.

Enrollment Information

The Power Campus is on pace to set enrollment records for the 2026-27 school year! We are looking to grow our student population by 40 new students and are already nearing current capacity.

Don’t be late to re-enroll! New Families have been invited to start enrolling and I have been busy touring new families to the school. If you have not yet re-enrolled for next school year, please do not hesitate!

Group Home Christmas

A San Tan Tradition

One of the brightest traditions at STCS is our annual Group Home Christmas Party, where San Tan Charter comes together to celebrate and support some of our most resilient students. Over the past few years the culinary department, Student Council and individual community members have quietly shopped for gifts and provided a festive meal for our students. This year, I warmly invite you to join us in the spirit of giving by donating to this cause. This generosity can help our school community bring light, dignity, and belonging to these Roadrunners students.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

Welcome to our Power Campus Winter Conferences!

Conferences are organized in 90-minute blocks with the average conference time lasting 10 minutes. Please select the time block that is most convenient for your family and select the teachers you would like to conference with before selecting “submit”.

Families will meet in the student union during their scheduled time block and wait for their teacher(s) to come and meet them for their appointment. This format allows families to move through all conferences with the least amount of wait time.

When:   December 18 & 19
