My name is Barbara Wells, and I am proud to be part of the San Tan Montessori family. I joined the team in March 2023 and currently lead a toddler classroom with great passion and dedication. I began my Montessori journey in 2016, starting as a closer and progressing through roles as an assistant, co-lead, lead, and eventually lead and Co-Director. This experience has given me a strong foundation in Montessori education and child development.
In late 2024, I earned my Early Childhood Montessori Diploma, further strengthening my commitment to providing high-quality, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate education for young children.
I am also a proud mother to a teenage daughter who attends San Tan Charter, and I love spending time with her, our family, and close friends. In my free time, I enjoy camping and working on diamond art projects, which allow me to relax and express creativity.
I’m grateful to be part of such a supportive and passionate community at San Tan and look forward to continuing to grow with the children and families we serve.
