Our Fall Season offers athletic opportunities for students in grades 5–12, featuring Intramural, Junior High, and High School teams. San Tan Charter School competes in the Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) for high school athletics and the Canyon Athletic Association (CAA) for junior high athletics.
Practices Begin: Late July/ Early August
Requirements: All Paperwork must be completed before the first practice.

San Tan Charter School Athletics continues to raise the bar in both competition and community. Our student-athletes and coaches exemplify excellence, leadership, and sportsmanship across every sport and season.
San Tan Charter School takes pride in helping student-athletes continue their journey beyond high school. Each year, our graduates earn college scholarships and roster spots at programs across the country — a reflection of their hard work, dedication, and the strong foundation built at San Tan.
This list represents student-athletes from the 2024–2025 school year. Future signings will be added annually as more Roadrunners take their talents to the next level.
Our student-athletes have continued their academic and athletic careers at a variety of outstanding institutions, including Scottsdale Community College, Arizona State University (ASU), the College of St. Scholastica, Dominican University, Kilgore College, Mt. San Antonio College, Briar Cliff University, Southwestern College, Evangel University, Park University, the University of La Verne, Webber International University, Gila River Community College, Chandler-Gilbert Community College, Cornell College, College of the Desert, Ottawa University, Johnson & Wales University, and Sheridan College.
