Hello Power Campus!
Thank you for an excellent first week back on campus! This week it is full steam ahead with MAP testing in both math and English.
We want you to join us this Friday on campus for a special event. Starting at 4pm, STCS will host the Green and Gold Scrimmage and Media Day to showcase our football and volleyball programs. Beginning at 4pm in the main gym, volleyball will play a round-robin tournament for spectators to enjoy while the culinary class will be selling hot dogs and hamburgers in the Courtyard. Afterwards, starting at 5:30pm, the varsity football team will showcase its talents on the football field for viewers to enjoy. Entry to this event is FREE for families.
Performing Arts Update
Audition sign-ups are now open for Honk! The show is open to 3rd-12th graders and will have two casts. The Green Cast will rehearse M/W 3:30-5:30PM and Gold Cast will rehearse T/TH 3:30-5:30PM.
Auditions will be held August 22nd & 23rd at the Power Campus from 3:30-5:30PM.

Over the years and spread across 217 projects, San Tan has been awarded $138,006 in contributions thanks to donors like you! If you want to double your donation, Aug. 9 is DOUBLING DAY where the Bill Gates Foundation will match any donation given to our school!

Student Pick-Up and Drop Off
Thank you for your grace last week as we were experiencing high volumes of traffic for the first week and are working around construction on Power Road. To ensure a smooth drive-lane experience, please help us maintain an orderly and efficient drive-lane experience by following the cones. All access to the campus is through the Southern entrance off Power Road and when exiting campus, you must make a right-hand turn.

Athletics News/PE Uniforms
Fall Sports Registration is nearly complete. If you are still interested in signing up for sports, Athletic Director Miyone Roanhorse is here to answer any questions at mroanhorse@santancs.com.
Register your students for sports by following this link: San Tan Sports Registration 2022-2023. Student-athletes will be able to practice and compete in games once complete registration and payment has been made.

Schedule Changes
Students have (5) more days to request changes to their schedules before classes are locked. Schedule change forms are available outside of the front office and schedules changes are handled through Ms. Tischer.
